Mendoza

Mendoza, with a population of 1.6 million people, is situated at the foot of The Andes.
It is one of the most chosen tourist destinations because of the variety of landscapes, weathers and activities.
Its important ski resorts, its rivers, valleys and mountains, the vineyards, and the particular beauty of the city offer a unique attraction to the visitor.
Founded in the 16th century, Mendoza was later reconstructed in a European style after a devastating earthquake in 1861.
This picturesque city features wide avenues traversed by small riverbeds and irrigation canals.
Five main legendary squares together with lots of bars and coffee houses are situated alongside the wide pavements, shadowed by a variety of trees.
Mendoza Province has one of the largest ski resorts in South America as well as many rivers, valleys, mountains and world-renowned vineyards.
